Department of Quality Assurance in Education

Ensuring that the educational process and the quality of personnel training at the university comply with state educational standards and labor market requirements, and achieving the training of competitive specialists through regular monitoring, assessment and improvement of this process.

- monitoring and supervising the quality of personnel training at the university;

- studying and analyzing the compliance of students' knowledge with state educational standards and the level of students' mastery of subjects;

- forming a teaching staff capable of ensuring educational quality, including creating transparent and objective organizational mechanisms that enable the selection and hiring of qualified professors and teachers and the improvement of their professional skills and qualifications;

- regularly analyzing the quality of professors' and teachers' lessons;

- organizing internal evaluation at the university and taking measures to eliminate existing shortcomings based on the results of internal evaluation;

- properly organizing the educational process in accordance with the requirements set out in regulatory legal documents;

- analyzing the conformity of qualification requirements, curricula and programs with professional standards and labor market requirements for training competitive personnel;

- forming expanded conclusions on the position of graduates in the labor market, the demand for them, and the sustainability level of the sector;

- studying whether training sessions are organized on the basis of modern pedagogical and information technologies and whether quality control of lessons is established at the required level;

- studying whether qualified specialists from industry (practice) are involved in teaching, and determining the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure transparency and impartiality in monitoring and assessing student knowledge;

- studying the qualification improvement of professors and teachers and the incorporation of new developments in the field into programs;

- analyzing whether the teaching load is distributed fairly among professors and teachers;

- studying the condition of the facilities created for students, research candidates and professors in the information-resource center, the availability of textbooks by subject, and submitting proposals to management;
