Department of Research, Innovation and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel

To effectively organize, manage, coordinate and monitor research, innovation and the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel at the university.

The main tasks of the Department of Research, Innovation and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel are as follows:

• Coordinate and monitor the research work planned by university departments and scientific teams.
• Effectively organize the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel.
• Conduct continuous (ongoing) control over the implementation of local fundamental, applied and innovative projects in priority areas of science and technology, as well as research work carried out under economic contracts.
• Analyze the state of research work, account for the research conducted and the results obtained, and increase the efficiency of the rational use of these results.
• Coordinate the activities of the scientific journal “Management and Future Technologies”.
• Organize scientific seminars for university professors and teaching staff according to plan.

Coordinate the organization of republic-level and international scientific-practical conferences.
