Head of the Educational and Methodological Department

- Organize the educational process at the university in accordance with state educational standards;

- Plan, coordinate and manage the educational process;

- Coordinate the activities of master's, part-time and joint educational programs;

- Manage the educational and methodological work of faculties and departments;

- Continuously improve the regulatory documents governing the management of the educational process;

- Develop and introduce systems for monitoring and assessing students' knowledge;

- Form the professional development plan for professors and teachers;

- Develop long-term plans and recommendations for the development of the university's education system;

- Introduce advanced foreign experience into the educational process;

- Organize internships and provide them with methodological guidelines.

1.     Planning and monitoring the educational process:

o    Plan and distribute academic workloads;

o    Organize current, midterm and final assessments;

o    Analyze student attendance and ensure discipline.

2.     Managing the activities of professors and teachers:

o    Form and implement the professional development plan;

o    Monitor the individual work plans of professors and teachers;

o    Develop qualification requirements and curricula for new fields of study and specialties.

3.     Providing educational and methodological documents and literature:

o    Develop and introduce regulatory documents related to the educational process;

o    Prepare and publish new literature for educational programs and curricula;

o    Introduce modern information technologies and pedagogical innovations into the educational process.

4.     Monitoring and assessing students' knowledge:

o    Introduce and improve the rating system;

o    Organize subject olympiads and professional competitions;

o    Monitor the quality of practical and laboratory classes.

5.     Coordinating the overall educational process of the university:

o    Coordinate the educational and methodological activities of academic lyceums and technical colleges;

o    Monitor the educational and methodological work of university departments and deanships;

o    Ensure the implementation of decrees, resolutions and orders related to the educational process.
